I work with photos of the home that you provide. If the home is located within Fort Wayne, with permission, I can take photos myself.
House portraits take about 2-3 weeks to complete.
I require a 50% deposit to begin work. First I will send a draft drawing of the home. Once you approve, I will draw onto watercolor paper and paint!
Completed paintings are either delivered locally or mailed USPS in protected envelope.
